The 30 day blog challenge continues with an event from May 2012. Both brothers were being christened together, a big celebration for the family! The ceremony was held at Saint John’s Episcopal Church in Somerville, NJ and the reception was at Olde Mill Inn in Basking Ridge, NJ. I couldn’t have asked for a sweeter family to work with! Mom, dad and the kids were so easy going and adorable too!
New beginnings are a beautiful thing. I was honored to be asked by Liquid Church to photograph their spring baptisms at the Nutley, NJ campus. All of the folks being baptized shared touching stories about why they were looking for a fresh start. It was so amazing to be a part of such a red letter day in their lives.

- One of my favorite things to shoot is the chaos of families. I can’t quite explain why it’s so intriguing to me, but man I was in my element on Saturday. I was invited to photography the Pranke family as they prepared for the christening of their TWIN sons! Ok so we’ve got Mom & Dad, Big Sister #1, Big Sister #2, the twins of course, 4 Grandparents and a furry friend underfoot! There was no shortage of chaos, excitement, love and kisses as the family prepped for the big event. Congratulations to the family in the addition to the family. Two happy healthy (oh and ADORABLE) little boys… all a parent can ask for. The babies were christened at Saint Helen’s Church in Westfield, NJ.
