Next up in the 30 day blog challenge is a little peek behind an image. Each photo tells a story, perhaps a different story for each viewer. For me this image in particular was a very memorable one. Since this image is currently the first you see upon visiting my site I’m sure many of you have seen it before.

It was taken on July 9, 2011 at Justin and Kim’s wedding. It was 2pm on a dreadfully hot and humid day (in a non air conditioned church.) We all anxiously await Kim’s appearance. As she begins down the asile I notice the tears streaming down her face. One single stream as tears pour from each eye. What was so unique about this moment is that she has this persistant smile on her face the entire time; staring intently at her groom. Never once did she look away or wipe her eyes or sniffle or waver in any way all the while tears were falling. Kims assuring smile gave this feeling of confidence as her eyes locked on Justin.

It was a very cool moment to be a part of and I can’t help but feel the affection in this image every time I look at it.
